Senior Program Manager

BridgeView Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex data, analytics, and technology transformation programs for life sciences clients. 

The role will serve as a senior delivery leader with responsibility for managing large-scale initiatives spanning data warehouse and data platform transformation, data integration, Master Data Management (MDM), business intelligence, analytics, and related technology programs. What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data, analytics, and technology programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients. 
  • Manage programs involving data warehouse and data platform implementations and migrations, systems integration, MDM, data governance, business intelligence, and analytics. 
  • Define program objectives, scope, delivery plans, governance structures, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.

BridgeView Life Sciences is seeking a Life Sciences CRM Solutions Architect to lead the architecture, solution design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of CRM solutions for life sciences clients.

The role will serve as a senior technical and functional leader with primary responsibility for Veeva Vault CRM, while also providing architectural leadership across Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and legacy Veeva CRM environments. What You’ll Do

Director, Business Development

BridgeView Life Sciences is hiring a Director, Business Development to drive growth across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations. This role is responsible for building and expanding strategic client relationships, driving net-new business, and positioning BridgeView Life Sciences as a trusted IT and transformation partner across the life sciences ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings strong consultative selling experience, deep life sciences technology knowledge, and a proven ability to grow both new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
  • Drive sales of BridgeView Life Sciences services across assigned life sciences accounts
  • Develop and manage executive-level client relationships (CXO and VP)
  • Open new client accounts and expand existing relationships
  • Position BridgeView Life Sciences as a strategic IT and transformation partner
  • Identify new partnership and growth opportunities within accounts
  • Manage contract development for product licensing and IT services
Targeting & Messaging
  • Partner with leadership to identify priority market segments
  • Collaborate with inside sales teams to develop targeted account lists
  • Develop sales collateral and messaging (sell sheets, value propositions)
  • Conduct direct outreach to prospects and clients
  • Gather market feedback to inform service offerings and product roadmaps
Partner Alliances
  • Manage select data and technology partner relationships
  • Identify joint sales opportunities with partners
  • Plan and execute co-sponsored events and solution campaigns

Conferences & Events
  • Identify industry conferences and events for BridgeView Life Sciences representation
  • Support planning, coordination, and attendance

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or related field
  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience in life sciences
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to drive net-new business (hunter mindset)
  • Proven success growing and expanding existing accounts (farmer mindset)
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • History of selling $3M+ in annual total contract value (TCV)
  • Existing network of life sciences clients and decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient data privacy requirements
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–50%
